• Develop and maintain quality and compliance management systems. • Conduct regular audits and inspections. • Act as the primary point of escalation for compliance issues. • Collaborate with site teams on safety protocols. • Generate detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions. • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to safety and compliance. • Stay up to date with health and safety regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality, health, safety, and compliance role, preferably within the facilities management or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. • Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs. • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
