Description

• Integral UK seeks a Compliance Manager to ensure health, safety, and compliance across sites • Oversee and implement health and safety policies, including the Building Safety Act 2022 • Conduct inspections and audits, assessing risks and recommending corrective actions • Provide guidance to site managers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations • Lead accident investigations and monitor compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge with a clear understanding of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards and Industry best practice (SFG20, CBM, etc) • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably within the facilities management or construction industry • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act • NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management • NEBOSH certification in Fire Safety • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining health and safety management systems • Expert in the applicable legislation with confidence liaising with regulators, trade unions and forums • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions based on risk assessment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure • Proficient in using health and safety software and applications • Membership with a relevant professional body, such as IOSH or IIRSM, is desirable
