• Responsible for the running and development of an autonomous shuttle service in deployment. • Fast-paced, wide-reaching role that provides exposure across all components in the architecture. • An engineering background and organizational skills are required. • Coordinating and implementing shuttle service schedules and operations. • Working with customers to define requirements for developments. • Developing the safety case, vehicle acceptance testing, and AV maps. • In-field AV monitoring, debugging, tuning and post mortem analysis. • Accountable for technical roadmap generation and end-to-end delivery of autonomy solutions to customers. • Efficient and timely solution delivery through participating in regular sprint meetings. • Collaborating and knowledge sharing with the wider Oxa team.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery and operations of robotic systems, and participation in product in a commercial or industrial setting. • Experience working at the interface between software and hardware. • Excellent communication and team working skills. • Ability to translate customer concepts and requirements to technical solutions. • Bachelor’s / MASc degree or equivalent experience. • Extra Kudos if: • Experience in launching a robotics/autonomous product. • Using project management tools for on-time delivery. • Knowledge of, and/or experience working with robotics, development technologies, and engineering aspects.
