Description
• Leader for Solutions Engineering team • Coach and mentor team members • Support recruitment, hiring, team meetings, compensation planning • Performance management and career planning • Collaborate with sales management • Assist in technical training and development • Develop relationships with internal teams • Demonstrate products and value to potential customers
Requirements
• 4+ years of Solutions Engineering or equivalent experience • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively • Business acumen and conflict resolution skills • Sales process knowledge • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of learning industry and human capital management • Experience with cloud-based solutions • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus • Fluent in English and other European languages preferred
