Description
•The VP of Product, Owkin Dx leads product vision, strategy and development for our Diagnostics (Dx) business. •Working closely with Dx Commercial and Engineering. •Drive the creation of AI-powered medical devices from conception to market launch. •Ensure our products not only meet but exceed client needs, user expectations and technical standards. •The initial focus will be digital pathology in vitro diagnostics, as well as research use products for digital pathology images.
Requirements
•15+ years of experience in product roles or similar functions with a strong preference to experience in both Europe and North American markets •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a biomedical field; advanced degree preferred •Experience in the healthcare, in vitro diagnostics, digital pathology, and/or AI industries is highly desirable •Proven track record of managing complex product development projects from concept to launch •Strong understanding of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and healthcare market dynamics •Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to engineering discussions. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. •Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices
