Description
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team. • Schedule interviews and remove blockers. • Ensure interview process efficiency. • Upload job specifications to external careers website. • Coordinate interviews for tech teams. • Liaise with recruitment agencies. • Administration and support of assessment centres. • Process offer letters and contracts. • Build employer brand as an EnTech employer of choice. • Maintain data integrity in internal systems. • Ensure fantastic candidate experience.
Requirements
• Proven tech recruitment coordination experience in a fast-paced environment. • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills. • Successful experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects effectively. • Strong administrator with great attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment. • High pace, resilience, gravitas, and flexibility.
