Description

• Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients. • Service Delivery – Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client’s contractual obligations. • Financial Performance - Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. • Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions • Development – ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market, and client needs.

Requirements

• An aptitude of positivity, personal drive, passion, and a winning mentality • Exceptionally motivational, enthusiastic, and resilient • Developed listening skills and an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. • Able to work under pressure, and to focused timelines. • Good time management and problem-solving skill. • Commercial awareness
