• Previous recruitment experience is ideal but is not essential. • You will be recruiting Baggage Handlers, Check-In Agents, Warehouse Operatives, Aircraft Cleaners, Cleaners, Customer Care Agents and many more aviation roles. • Recruit the highest standard of candidates. • Sell a range of job roles to candidates. • Source candidates using a variety of techniques and maintain sourcing lists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Ambitious and driven. • Passionate about customer service • Works well in a team and using own initiative. • Previous recruitment and/or sales experience preferred but not essential.
• Hours: 08:30am-17:00pm • Days: Monday – Friday (Office based) • 28 days holiday entitlement • Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
