• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the legal services, professional services, or consulting sectors • Strong understanding of legal services and the legal industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
