• As a Membership Account Advisor at The National College, you will be part of a team that is working towards helping education settings achieve compliance and raise standards. • Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our members. • Working for The National College provides you with the opportunity to work within a friendly, supportive, and dynamic team where training, development, and progression opportunities are available.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond with empathy, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism. • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers. • Experience in working with membership organizations, call center environments, or customer relationship management preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a team. • Excellent IT skills with experience working on multiple CRM systems. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Suite (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams). • In addition, experience with HubSpot is desirable. • Ability to observe confidentiality and safeguard member information.
