Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our Certification Operations team. • Certification Operations are responsible for overseeing Multiverse’s external assessment and certification processes. • This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of key stages of the apprentice journey. • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining very good attention to detail. • Success in the role includes completing work within specified timelines, working with a high degree of accuracy and communicating effectively.
Requirements
• Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving attitude • Excellent prioritisation and time management • Passionate about processes and getting tasks done • Strong team player • Strong written communication skills • Previous experience of working in a time sensitive operations team
