Description

• Working with other senior leaders to develop and oversee ABM and B2B marketing strategies • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals • Work closely with other teams to identify target accounts • Direct the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel strategic programmes • Monitor and analyse programme performance using data-driven insights • Build and maintain strong relationships at a senior level with key stakeholders • Apply sector knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• Extensive experience in account-based marketing and strategic B2B marketing, with a proven track record in a leadership role or managing internal stakeholders • Commercially aware, with a comprehensive understanding of ABM principles, marketing strategies, and best practices. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a history of driving organisational success. • Proficiency in oversight of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. • Able to demonstrate a strategic yet creative approach – can translate business goals into effective marketing strategies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. • In depth sector knowledge – technology, financial services or professional services
