• The Senior Product Manager, UX will be responsible for product discovery, design, build and launch plans for existing and new front-end led products (across desktop and mobile). • You will develop products for customers across a variety of target industry verticals in UK and Europe. • This role reports into Product Director and as part of your remit, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated technology delivery team.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role • A stellar track record in product marketing (including design and hands-on execution) driven by curiosity, experimentation and continuous enhancement. • Strong track record with a solid experience in product management with focus on delivering front-end (desktop and mobile) products. • Background and experience in User Experience design of complex front-end products (dashboards, workflow setup and execution) highly desirable. • Preference for experience within the payments industry with a focus on B2B models. We will consider SaaS and B2B technology backgrounds with strong community building experience. • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience developing and leading a high-performing team • Ability to work independently, balancing multiple priorities that may change frequently. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience managing third parties, preferably payment schemes. • Outstanding communication skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent stakeholder management. • Be able to operate at a range of levels – both in terms of big picture strategic thinking, thought leadership and getting into the data and analysis.
