• The Senior Product Manager will own the roadmap and support Senior Managers in defining our product direction and priorities, formalising development tasks, collecting and processing product feedback and metrics, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, engineering and cross-functional teams and align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision • Communicate with clients and the organisation effectively. As a high-touch B2B solution provider, we rely on direct client communication for a lot of ideas and feedback we receive on our current and future products • Assess potential risk associated with our products, from development through launch and lifecycle management. Implement strategies to minimize these risks to ensure product safety, compliance and customer • Continually research the industry and the market to ensure that we are building the best in class products and supporting the business with their challenges • Understand Copper products exceptionally well and lead discussions with senior stakeholders throughout the business
• Deep understanding/knowledge of the Prime Brokerage/Prime Services Operating Models (the perfect candidate is someone that has worked directly or indirectly with Prime Brokerage units and is familiar with the role they play in Financial Markets) • Experience in a client facing role (preferably liaising directly with Hedge Funds, Market Makers, OTC desks) and is familiar with the activities they perform • Familiar with financing solutions that Prime Brokers provide to their clients • Previous experience working within a Product leadership role • Solid knowledge about product development life cycle and experience involved at various stages including requirement review, UI/UX design, test case review, production support • Knowledge of blockchain technology coupled with keen interest in latest developments in digital asset/crypto ecosystem • Experience with relevant tools, obsession with simple, efficient and straightforward processes • Comfortable making your own decisions and taking on significant responsibility, but not shying away from rolling up your sleeves and doing the day-to-day Product work as and when the hyper-growth environment requires you to do so
