• Enhance our strong and growing community through existing and new social media channels using creative technical content and engagement. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all social media content aligns with the company’s values and image. • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth on social media platforms. • Assist with the design of creative engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to the target audience and platform. • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or organisation. • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and analytics. • In-depth knowledge of current social media trends, user behaviour, and platform-specific guidelines. • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their algorithms. • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr) and basic SEO principles. • Understanding of the impact of social media on brand reputation and customer engagement. • Awareness of legal issues related to social media, such as copyright, privacy, and advertising regulations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the brand's message clearly and engagingly. • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. • Pays close attention to the quality and accuracy of content, ensuring that all posts align with the brand’s voice and guidelines. • Takes initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and acts on them quickly.
