Description

• As the Regional Finance Manager, you will take on the crucial role of building and establishing a regional FP&A function, which had not existed before. • Collaborate with other Regional Managers and Directors to ensure scalability of solutions. • Work closely with the Europe Regional Director and other key stakeholders. • Drive financial insights and contribute to the company’s overall success. • Clear understanding of the regional P&L, explaining growth drivers and deviations from budget to the regional leadership team. • Work with Bolt’s central teams to assess and prioritize investments to drive topline growth. • Identify and execute against cost savings opportunities driving margin expansion. • Drive budget process for European countries ensuring accuracy and alignment with global process. • Establish regional FP&A function including local financial risk assessment and mitigation. • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to better understand and improve the local financial position.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus. • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business partner role. • You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments, particularly within the European market. • You have a solid understanding of capital allocation, IRR, and return metrics. • You have commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across local as well as central stakeholders. • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
