Description
• Reports to Group Financial Planning & Analysis Director. • Provide support, guidance and insight to Group leadership on finance and commercial matters. • Key role in supporting continued growth through data and advice for client-facing teams. • Deliver value through financial insight, modeling, budgeting and forecasting. • Enhance management reporting suite. • Support leadership in implementing actions from management information.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a senior Finance leadership role, preferably in business partnering for large organizations (1,500 employees +). • Relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with significant post qualification experience leading a business partnering or FP&A function. • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis; able to articulate impact of insight and forecasting. • Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders; help non-finance stakeholders understand performance. • Background in financial services, particularly fund services businesses, advantageous. • Sound technical accounting, financial modeling and reporting experience with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop close relationships with leaders, colleagues, clients, and business contacts. • Use active listening skills to communicate data and articulate finance issues clearly. • Demonstrable people management experience; ability to grow, lead, and inspire a team in various environments.
