Description

• As the Head of Sourcing, you will actively contribute to the long-term planning, strategy, and success of Bolt's Procurement function. • The Head of Sourcing oversees and delivers strategic procurement activities, including developing long-term overarching category strategies for the Corporate Services & Outsourcing Category, delivery of category KPIs including savings and payment term improvements, senior stakeholder management within verticals, leading high-value strategic sourcing initiatives, and leading and developing direct reports.

Requirements

• You have extensive experience (10 years+) in procurement at a global level, with at least 5 years in leadership sourcing or category management roles. You have proven experience managing complex procurement categories, preferably within outsourcing and corporate services (Contact Centres, BPO, ITO, and workplace). • You have successfully developed and implemented category strategies at a global level that deliver tangible value to the organization. • You possess extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations. • You bring knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in corporate services and outsourcing procurement. • You are a strong leader with a proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • You have experience in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. • Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
