• As the Managing Director of our RPO Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our recruitment division focused on the life sciences sector • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand our client base and increase market share • Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition for the life sciences sector
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing and growing an RPO services business, preferably within the life sciences industry • Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams • Client-focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
