Description
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent • Perform 360° end-to-end recruitment • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices • Source and screen candidates using various methods, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role • Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and managing candidate expectations • Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and job openings • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
