Description

• Responsible for reviewing and approving all new sales opportunities. • Process software returns and adjustments. • Support local London sales teams with administrative tasks post sales. • Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams. • Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments. • Process hardware shipments. • Work with customers to resolve billing and subscriptions inquiries. • Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations. • Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements. • Contribute to wider company initiatives and projects outside of daily tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or related field • Experience in an administrative function • Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field • Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack • Remarkable communication skills • Perfect written and spoken English • Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
