• Managing the marketing relationships with our largest strategic partners in the UK • Building marketing strategies to drive growth across the partner portfolio, planning campaigns on a quarterly basis • Owning the test and learn agenda globally, ensuring collaborative team ways of working and driving a culture of continuous optimisation • Managing, coaching and developing Campaign Specialists to help you execute at pace • Roll out optimisations, best practice and learnings across the portfolio • Identify areas of opportunity and present to partners, gaining their buy-in and proving out your ideas then working closely with them to execute • Creating crisp, compelling materials as part of our consultative approach to partner marketing • Exploring underserved customer segments and coming up with ideas to drive penetration • Proposition development for multiple new product launches • Develop partner enablement tools to ensure excellent ways of working and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in partnership management, key account, brand management or an agency role will be hugely beneficial • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at a time • Great presentation and storytelling skills. Influencing both partners and internal stakeholders is a big part of the role • A drive to get things done. As a business we have a lot of opportunities.
