• We're on the lookout for outstanding Customer Support and Operations Specialists to help us provide exceptional service to our retail banking customers. • You'll be the main point of contact, assisting with account inquiries, resolving technical issues, and guiding customers through our products and services. • The ideal candidate for this position will also play a crucial role in establishing our operations department for a new retail bank entering the market. • Consequently, there is significant room for growth and development over time as the bank grows.
• Has strong experience in customer service/support, ideally within the financial services industry. • Is customer-focused and understands the importance of listening to customers. • Has experience working with debit card services and related processes. • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Is tech-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging the latest technology to improve banking operations. • Is familiar with Salesforce or similar systems. • Can work independently as well as part of a team. • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
