Description

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives. • Conduct regular on-site visits for training and coaching purposes within Southwestern Ontario Region. • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence. • Work under the guidance of senior leadership to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region. • Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics. • Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team. • Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of leadership experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. • Ability to be able to travel across Brampton and surrounding regions as needed to various store locations and have access to a reliable vehicle.
