You’ll grow the top of the sales funnel primarily through cold outbound approaches. You’ll take ownership of identifying and implementing the best strategies to create pipeline. You’ll manage a list of high-potential target accounts aligned with our growth objectives. You’ll engage prospects across multiple channels, from email and phone to social media. You’ll master our product and effectively communicate its value. Your interactions with prospects will provide valuable insights to help improve our product.
A few years of working experience would be beneficial, but not necessary. You have excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills. You demonstrate grit and perseverance, never taking 'no' for an answer. You’re results-driven, constantly refining your approach and seeking better ways to succeed. You’re comfortable going beyond the desk to meet customers face-to-face. You’re adaptable, confident in cold calling, video prospecting, and experimenting with new channels. You have a keen interest in understanding and solving business challenges. You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in high-ambiguity environments.
