Description

• Contribute to our go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives • Build and deliver best-in-class product education to drive awareness and adoption across user personas • Develop insights-backed product positioning and messaging for launch assets, marketing programs, web copy, presentations, and more • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to support strategic decisions and understand customer challenges and pain points • Create sales enablement materials such as product decks, battle cards, and case studies to support the partnership team • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, and deliver best-in-class product education to drive user understanding and adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of work experience as a Product Marketer, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS • Excellent communicator: proficient in written, verbal, and visual communication for internal and customer-facing messaging • Collaborative: Excited to work with cross-functional teams and engage with clients • Strategic: Skilled at collaborating with marketing, product, and partnership teams to drive business goals • Results-Driven: Always seeking new ways to improve user acquisition, product adoption and revenue • Experienced in Shopify app/Ecommerce environment - preferable but not required.
