Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, GTM Systems to join our growing Revenue Operations & Enablement team. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing tech stacks, in particular systems regularly deployed in SaaS companies, with a particular focus on Sales and Customer Success. • As a Manager, GTM Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation, integration, optimisation, and management of our sales and customer success technology. • Your role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, enhancing data integrity, and supporting the revenue goals of our organisation. • You will leverage your project management and business analysis skills to map processes end-to-end and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing systems in a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer success platforms. • Salesforce Administrator certified, Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce CPQ skill-set favourable. • Administrator level proficiency and strong understanding of technology, process and metrics used by sales and customer success teams in SaaS businesses in particular Gainsight, Gong & Cognism • Proven experience in system integration, data management, and process automation. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including process mapping and end-to-end workflow analysis. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
