• Responsible for driving occupational safety and health strategies globally • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial contact to contract agreement • Support key decision makers and senior leadership to align strategies with products
• Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience) • A good understanding of the customer relationship management process. • Experience of securing new business opportunities globally and managing growing existing customer accounts. • Driving performance achieving outcomes by generating commitment and enthusiasm from yourself and others to achieve challenging goals and objectives. • Problem solving – investigating, assessing and evaluating issues and events, generating potential solutions towards a successful outcome.
