Description

• Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for omni-channel merchant acquiring solutions enabling merchants to accept in-store and online payments from their customers • Target merchants with a card turnover of £2million+ per annum for your allocated vertical • Use a needs-based (MEDDPICC) sales process to understand merchants' challenges, goals, and preferences, and propose tailored solutions • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the merchants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting to closing, using various channels such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.

Requirements

• Proven sales hunter with experience and track record of achieving sales targets and company objectives • Vertical sales specialism within either, Hospitality, Retail or Travel Tourism and events • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Highly adept sales skills and of using needs / solutions based sales process • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with the merchants • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling way • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications • Experience of selling merchant acquiring or payment solutions.
