HqO is connecting real estate to the people with an asset-agnostic, cross-property suite of powerful applications.
• The MD plays an important role in supporting the team with the creation and development of assets used to promote the Leesman and HqO’s brand. • You will have solid work experience in creating compelling design work which utilises great typography and visual direction. • All of which is on-brand and adheres to our globally renowned reputation. • As well as creativity this role also requires some decent technical knowledge, so you will also need experience in colour balancing image files, resizing documents and assets and eliminating any inconsistencies. • You'll have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and will be able to spot potential problems with designs during development and apply any fixes before final completion of artwork. • You can work across a variety of formats and channels, designing and creating artwork for digital platforms, on-screen presentations, offering support for e-marketing and digital media, as well as print. • You'll work within the marketing and design team to ensure that all artwork is accurate, in-line with our brand expectations and meets necessary deadlines.
• Graphic design qualification to degree level or equivalent • 3/4+ years’ minimum industry experience • Strong portfolio of commercial projects showing B2B examples • Possess excellent communication skills • Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking • Ability to solve complex problems • Good understanding of people • Effective team player • Superbly organised with ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work independently • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro • Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word • WordPress CMS (desirable) • Desired understanding of video editing
