Description
• The Commercial Operations Executive, EMEA & UKI is an essential team member responsible for overseeing day to day operational tasks across the UK and Ireland, Middle East and Europe regions. • Daily communication and coordination of various distribution center (DC) teams across multiple time zones and multiple DCs to ensure the smooth flow of orders, shipments and deliveries; • Responding to retailer and field team queries; • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and enhance order fulfilment and delivery metrics. • Strong organizational capabilities, exceptional communication skills and a knack for building collaborative relationships are essential.
Requirements
• Experienced in effectively interfacing with people at all levels within cross-functional teams • A working knowledge of the principles of inventory management and replenishment • Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Self-driven solution seeker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, fostering a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to deliver multiple priorities concurrently • Position requires attention to detail, adaptability, and high degree of collaboration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems software systems, preferably NetSuite and Deposco • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills • Ability to travel within the regions as needed
