Description

• As the Operational Account Director, you will be passionate about processes and the power of having “one way of doing things” • You’ll need to bring your organisational skills, high attention to detail and have the authority to hold the team to account • You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is equipped with the tools, knowledge and procedures that it needs to function with efficiency, scalability and consistency • You’ll help to ensure that the team finds it easy to communicate and deliver at a high standard, because we’re all on the same page when it comes to how we do things • One of the most important processes which you’ll be responsible for is that of team training

Requirements

• Strong analytical and project management skills • Strong organisational skills • Able to communicate positively, influencing improvement and progression preserving an inspiring environment • Able to work under pressure • Inventive, always looking to be proactive and push the boundaries to try new things • Good experience and top level knowledge in all 3 channels we run • Multi-channel digital marketing awareness • Awareness of ecommerce and understanding of the retail sector in the context of digital marketing
