Description

• Software Engineering background with deep technical knowledge with minimum 5 years experience • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop, implement and continuously improve engineering procedures • Management of Agile ceremonies and process • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and personal development • Manage Development Team effort/costs as input to Project or BAU estimates • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate a hard and soft forecast forward Development demand Profile • Proactively monitor and manage Development Supply resource Pool including resource allocation and utilisation on a weekly basis • Manage a Portfolio of developments, including remediation and support across several Customers concurrently • Actively monitor and manage schedules and resources to ensure deliverables meet due date • Foster and implement a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve engineering processes • Define Objectives to support Business outcomes, conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members on a weekly and monthly basis • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, managing and mitigating as required • Technical management of Customer Incidents • Management of internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on customer experience throughout the lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field • Several years of experience in Software engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery • Strong team leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing teams • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations • In-depth Experience of Agile Development management methodologies and tools across the full lifecycle • Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends • Advanced skills in both front-end technologies including React and Angular, and Microsoft .NET technologies
