Description
• Engineering Manager II role at Accurx leading a group of talented engineers to push boundaries, innovate, and deliver impactful solutions that improve patient care • Provide suitable performance management and developmental support to team members • Ensuring strong engineering delivery and ensuring team's behaviors and practices align with high-performance standards • Collaborate closely with stakeholders like Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Designers to achieve team goals and deliverables
Requirements
• Demonstrated success in managing engineers across multiple teams, potentially up to ~8 ICs • Seniority level guiding more junior Engineering Managers • Proven track record of successfully managing complex people issues • Highly competent in cultivating strong relationships across various business functions • Work closely with product delivery teams to ensure alignment with team roadmaps • Manage resources to ensure teams are appropriately staffed • Comfortable communicating company-wide changes effectively to individual contributors • Proficient in contributing to engineering hiring initiatives effectively • Mission-driven, always collaborating, demonstrates responsible ownership, seeks continuous improvement, mindful of balance
