•Manage the end-to-end process for People administration through the employee life cycle, including all the necessary legal proceedings for onboarding and offboarding •Administrative management of hiring during pre-boarding and onboarding, contract renewals and exit processes. This includes capturing areas of opportunity and feeding them back into an ongoing process improvement agenda •Data Maintenance: providing administrative support, including maintaining personnel files, and accuracy in Workday •Monitor and manage queries in the centralized People Team mailbox related to payroll and documentation within agreed-upon internal timeframes •Ensure all audit and legal requirements and reports are available for compliance •Support the People Operations team to create, manage and improve benefits programs (with research, compliance, policies, implementation and administration) •Partner with benefits providers to review and maintain our current benefits offering (contracts, premiums, invoices, ad-hoc changes, ...) •Continuously improve People Team processes by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for process and experience enhancements •Support broader People Operations projects, where cross-team and cross-functional collaboration is required
•Someone with attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks •Knowledge of Labor Law in the UK •Working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel) and Workday •Knowledge and understanding of relevant UK labour legislation and other local regulations •Strong people skills, and ability to communicate and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
