• Manage multiple external & internal requisitions throughout the full recruitment life cycle • As a professional services organization, our recruiters also play a critical role in internal staffing motions, working with leaders across the company to staff existing and new engagement talent needs • Leveraging a creative sourcing strategy including both passive & active candidates, optimizing our systems & recruiting processes through our ATS (Lever), social media, LinkedIn, recruiting events (campus recruitment), internet research, referrals, cold calling, etc. • Build and maintain a diverse network of passive candidates through pro-active pipelining for key roles, on-going relationship management, and promoting Factor as the employer of choice for legal talent • Conduct in-depth phone screen assessments to prepare a qualified, balanced candidate slate within an appropriate, agreed, and consistent timeline • Developing a strong understanding of our business and talent pooling effectively • Coaching candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path, compensation expectations, interviewer feedback, and timing) • Assisting in data management – updating and maintaining candidate records • Providing funnel and pipeline metrics, relevant industry research, and other data to offer transparency to hiring managers around search processes and the talent market • Supporting special projects as needed, including talent brand initiatives, recruiting events (e.g., campus recruitment), and candidate experience initiatives
• Legally eligible to work in the UK • 5+ years’ recruitment experience, preferably as part of an in-house function, experience of recruiting legal talent highly desirable • Strong experience in sourcing passive candidates • Experience working for a global team • Fluent in English • Strong knowledge of the legal industry and key law firms and new law preferred • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Thrives in both individual and team environments • High level of professionalism and outstanding judgment • Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
