• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. • Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices. • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication. • Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment processes. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 4 years of experience in global recruitment, preferably within the insurance industry or other professional service organization. • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with particular expertise in Workable and Paylocity being a valuable asset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and manage international recruitment processes.
