• Maintaining all lead information accurately and in a timely manner within the Salesforce CRM system in line with company guidelines • Preparing sales proposals and quotes to a high standard • Educating our customers around current legislation and helping them to meet all waste regulations. • Working closely with colleagues in other teams to deliver for our customers • Assessing, identifying and analysing customer specific needs, requirements and timescales. • Converting inbound sales leads into sales within a specified timescale, ensuring the customer receives the full range of waste management services required
