Description

• The scope of the role covers: Production, Engineering, SHEQ and Transport departments for all three Enva Wood sites: Manchester; Tilbury; Middlesbrough. • Responsibility for: Owner and strategy manager for all the Production and Operational department managers. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for departments that create the production of volume generation, strategy and cost management. • Member of the Enva Wood Senior Leadership working group.

Requirements

• Drive health and safety performance across your team. • Develop, implement, and deliver an operational strategy to achieve the company goals and objectives that are focused on accelerating growth. • Organisational structure change management to support the commercial strategy. • Direct responsibility for Department manage • Schedule management in coordination with the Sales Department and Front-End Department to guarantee the most effective utilization of resources within the group, in terms of storage, process capability material availability. • Prepare a set of metrics and KPIs to support effective and timely decision making within the business and to support reporting. • Instil a culture of performance management to defined targets across the production team. • Develop new maintenance propositions, including underpinning of development capex. • Ensure Enva continues to be an innovator and market leader for waste management solutions. • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring whilst managing Operational and engineering expenditures; forecasting and providing justifications to additional cost requirements. • Lead performance developments and reviews, conduct ongoing assessments and establish opportunities to improve team engagement, feedback and communications.
