• Own the performance of all paid activities, ensuring that all core campaigns reach relevant audiences and are well-engaged. • Responsible for deploying expedition campaigns and running conversion-focused experiments to capture existing market demand. • Crafting and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media advertising (e.g., X ads, LinkedIn ads), and other relevant channels depending on Encord's specific needs. • Analyze campaign performance data using marketing analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing A/B testing strategies. • Generate clear and insightful reports to communicate campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
• 3+ years leading and executing performance marketing initiatives. • Laser-focused on contributing to pipeline and revenue metrics and engaging relevant audiences. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Interest in technology and AI. • Analytical and data-driven.
