Description

• Business partner regional teams to achieve budget and growth targets • Participate in annual planning including budget, forecasts, and three-year plan • Develop business cases for key in-market decisions • Lead/input into commercial contract negotiations • Develop understanding of regional marketing spend • Monitor project budgets and partner to aid budget building • Build understanding of full P&L and improve profitability • Prepare insightful commentary and analysis on performance • Assist with analysis and projects as directed • Continuous improvement of processes within the team

Requirements

• Newly qualified/finalist or ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven business partnering track record • Natural leader ability to bring out the best in others • Love of fast-paced environments to shape Elvie's future • Proactive in seeking solutions and implementing change • Genuine love of working with data and creating insights • Advanced Excel skills and/or data analysis tools experience
