• As a Solutions Engineer with ElevenLabs, you will be responsible for the technical success of some of the biggest and most influential companies in the world. • You will get to work directly with these customers, giving voice to their projects as they use our APIs and products on cutting-edge AI workflows. • Build sophisticated solutions and integrations for our most strategic customers. • Be the technical point of contact for new and existing ElevenLabs customers. • Help us to build an outstanding sales/support function for our enterprise customers. • Champion our customers’ voice.
• Proven experience working with customers or clients in a technical capacity. • Strong scripting or development skills in Python. • A deep understanding of software development and software architecture. • Strong communication skills to work with both customers in a support/advisory role as well as internal teams. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • You are located between GMT+3 and GMT-5, and able to work our core hours: 2pm to 6pm BST.
