Description
• Serve as the primary contact for ECARX with the landlord. • Manage new user accounts in SAP Concur and CWT. • Oversee the facility ticket process and ensure policy compliance. • Act as the Work Environment and Safety Representative. • Plan and organize internal events, managing budgets and resources. • Develop and maintain an annual event calendar. • Coordinate snacks for special occasions and assist in event execution. • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported. • Manage desk assignments, ECARX merchandise, and introductions. • Present new employees at Open House events. • Manage the office post box, handle invoices and letters, and manage deliveries. • Act as the primary contact for visitors, guiding them to meeting rooms. • Arrange taxi services for executive visitors. • Assist in corporate administrative tasks, including VISA applications and travel plans. • Assist in meeting preparations and collaborate with executive assistants in the UK, China, and Germany.
Requirements
• Proven experience in office management or a similar role. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage budgets and plan events. • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a positive employee experience.
