•The Transformation & Strategic Planning Manager will join the Transformation & Strategic Planning team to identify, plan and coordinate execution of strategic initiatives for the business. •Develop long-term strategic growth plans •Establish priorities, to drive initiatives forward •Resolve roadblocks and trade-offs to ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and they drive the expected outcome •Constantly identify, analyse and scope. new initiatives •Analyse new and existing growth strategies and prepare clear & succinct recommendations for senior leadership. •Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. •Conduct market and competitive scans and analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth, building business cases for recommended investment areas. •Monitor and report on key performance metrics and milestones, preparing updates for the board and senior leadership team. •Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. •Maintain programme plan, critical milestones, tracking of key risks and issues.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience preferably in strategy consulting or in a strategy role within a consumer, media or tech company. •Media experience preferred, interest and passion for the media industry mandatory. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent collaborator, skilled at communicating up, down and across the organisation •Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans. •Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. •Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape. •Ability to work independently and part of a team.
