Description
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the Board and Executive Team of Fintern. • Manage all aspects of treasury planning across the business, ensuring the optimal use and flow of millions of pounds daily. • Forecast, manage day to day and report the working capital needs across all aspects of the business. • Monitor and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues. • Play a key role in building the team over the coming months, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
• Qualified finance professional with either ACA, CIMA or CFA certification • Proven experience demonstrating a strong track record of success • Good understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience using Oracle NetSuite would be beneficial • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency • Experience in producing executive-level presentations and reports • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
