Description

• This is a pivotal role responsible for building a scalable back-office foundation to Primer’s growth. • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress • Lead and support the development, implementation, and administration of our company’s financial systems. • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial tech stack and operations. • Spend time rolling-out, reviewing, managing and developing Netsuite system and processes and adjacent solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable commercial and managerial experience of 5+ years. • Exposure to controlling roles • Previous experience with NetSuite integrator • Acute eye for detail and high working standards • Project management • High integrity and natural desire to assume responsibility. • Approachable and confident personality type, comfortable within a wide range of organizational environments. • Highly adaptable in a fast pace changing environment and be able to multitask • Startup experience in a fully remote environment • Strong process documentation and communication skills • Experience in implementing and maintaining a variety of finance tools such as P2P, Spend Management, Treasury Management System, etc. • Foundational understanding of integrations between finance and non-finance applications • Ability to build automations using application native functionality or third party tools such as Zapier
