Description

• This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our business development team. • This is an entrepreneurial role, where you’ll manage and strategise your individual pipeline to find and finance SMEs in the UK. • You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, with a realistic OTE of £75k and the potential to earn £100k+ for top performers. • Each interaction with a potential new customer is unique, and requires focus as well as solo thinking. • How you manage your pipeline will make a significant difference in hitting your KPIs.

Requirements

• Confident making cold outbound calls, and thrive off speaking and connecting with business owners • Highly motivated, and excited by the challenge of exceeding targets • Able to take on, and provide, quality feedback to power your own growth, as well as that of your teammates • Organised and able to manage a large pipeline of prospects, with deals at various stages of progress • Able to simplify and explain complex products in a way that customers with little experience in commercial financing can easily understand • Resilient. You’ll take setbacks in your stride, and see value in the lessons setbacks give you. • Empathetic. You need to understand and sympathise with the problems our customers face. You thrive off helping people.
