Description

• Responsible for the accurate production of balance sheets and reconciliations • Prepare and process corporate month-end journal postings • Support the Group Management Accountant in financial preparations • Assist in producing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual National Statistics returns • Maintain fixed asset registers and review asset additions • Develop relationships with Senior Managers across the business

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials, including working towards a professional accounting qualification • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to macro standard • Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail • Experience of producing reports for external and internal stakeholders • Experience with producing statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and FRS102 would be desirable • Willingness to take a proactive approach to ongoing CPD • Duty of care for health and safety in the workplace
