Description
• Manage a portfolio of top local restaurants in London • Work closely with Territory Management and Deliveroo Account Managers to drive performance • Build and optimise operational performance of restaurant offerings • Identify new partnership opportunities within your territory • Address complex support issues with timely resolutions • Cultivate relationships with restaurant partners to grow delivery business • Act as an ambassador of Deliveroo's mission, brand, and product
Requirements
• Some Commercial experience or restaurant/hospitality experience would be an advantage • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Ability to take the initiative and adapt to constantly changing work environments • Desire to work with restaurants and build strategic partnerships, creating positive and lasting relationships • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Highly autonomous with excellent organisation and time management skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and devise data-based strategies • Desirable: additional language abilities in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Bahasa/Malay.
