Description

• Manage accounts of renewable generation customers • Build long-term relationships and deliver best customer outcomes • Proactively solve issues and improve processes • Understand contractual obligations and adhere to them in communication • Plan and deliver own workload within agreed timeframes • Prepare reports on key metrics and potential risks • Collect and analyse data on generator behavior • Coordinate with colleagues for consistent service levels

Requirements

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences • Able to create and maintain strong internal and external relationships • Inquisitive mind and drive to understand and solve problems • Ability to manage and empower yourself, proactivity in improving processes • Experience working in a customer facing role, ideally with commercial/B2B customers • Confident in a complex, fast-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrable high attention to detail • Comfortable self-managing workload and identifying priority tasks • Collaborative, enjoy working with others for optimal results
